Monkey update
Finally! I got the pictures posted and am able to do an update. It's been a really long couple of weeks here. Tristan was sick, then we were all sick and are all still a little sniffly. On top of that we ripped out all the carpet and linoleum in the living room and kitchen so we had yucky plywood floors all week. This made for a very unpleasant week.

Yesterday Tristan woke up happy and was happy all day. The entire family came over and laid our new floor. They worked so hard and it looks sooooo good. Thanks so much, everyone, we really really appreciate you. It's about a million times better than our dirty carpet. We still have a couple of pieces to put in, and all the trim to put back, but it's so clean and smooth and nice. We also got our new table in and it's gorgeous. I can't believe I have such a nice table. As soon as it's all together I'll take pictures.

Tristan finally used sign language! He most definately did the sign for "All Done!" when he was ready to get out of his highchair. He's done it twice now and it impressed me both times. Pictures this week include fun with blocks, yummy spinach, and redneck pantsless boy (he was sick!) Go check them out at www.harsma.net.

Quick update
I haven't had time to upload the new pictures, but wanted to add a quick update. It's been a really long week here, Tristan has Croup. He sounds like a sad little seal. He fights sleep and is so tired and then once he gets to sleep wakes up coughing. I think exhaustion finally set in yesterday, because other than an hour and a half in the middle of the night he slept reasonably well. He did wake up coughing, but got back to sleep pretty quickly. This is great, cause I am TIRED. This morning he is willing to play a little bit, so he must be feeling better.

In other news, he got his third tooth last week. It's next to the others on the bottom.
