| Five months old.. |
Tristan will be 5 months old on Wednesday. It's just flying by. He suddenly seems like such a big boy to us. He sits by himself for brief periods at a time before leeeeaaaaaning over or flopping backwards. He can take a bath sitting up too, but he can't really reach the water to splash. I put him in a pair of his cousin River's overalls the other day, and he looked like a boy, not a baby. I took a picture, but it kinda cut my head off, oops.
Yesterday we went out camping and picnicing. His cousins are camping for Labor Day, we just spent the day there. We had a picnic, played pass the baby around, the cousins sang some silly songs, andwe saw a herd of buffalo.

Tristan is just so absolutely perfect! Brady can't wait to hang out with him. We are finally home in the Black Hills. We were at the Mall Of America today on our layover and were swarmed by people in Twins shirts heading to a game. We thought of you guys!
